MEMBER OFFERS - Terms and Conditions

The offers are only applicable to members of Monster Garage. 

Members must present their Monster Garage member card or windshield sticker to receive the offers.

 

All offers are valid until 31 December 2009 (unless otherwise specified).

 

The offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferable.

 

The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, discounted items, fixed-priced items, shopping coupons, dining coupons, cash coupons, VIP cards and other membership benefits (unless otherwise specified).

 

Dining offers are for dine-in consumption only and are not applicable to service charges. Service charge is based on the original price (unless otherwise specified).

 

Advance booking may be required for specific merchants (please check respective merchants for details).

 

Monster Garage accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the merchants involved in the promotion.

 

The offers are bound by the terms and conditions of the respective merchants.

 

The promotion periods and terms and conditions of the respective offers by each merchant are subject to change without prior notice. Monster Garage accepts no liability for any such change and will not notify Members separately of any such change.

 

In case of disputes, the decision of Monster Garage and the respective merchants shall be final and conclusive.
